| Archive refers to video, audio, document etc information data produced by people daily production activities generally. It records history information by different methods. With the speeding up of global informationization, the relative information of enterprise archive get rapid development. Using manual way manage these large number of archives information is a very tedious and boring work.The dissertation is completed under the guidance of software engineering. In the process of system implementation, it applies JAVA technology and SQL Server 2020 database technology comprehensively. The dissertation explains the background of task and the research status of archive management system at home and abroad. It introduces the relative theory and key technology used by archive management system. Through the investigation of archive managmeent department in Hami district audit office, it completes functional and non-functional requirement analysis according to the actual requirement of users. It describes system requirement through function use case diagram and business flow diagram. It designs system architecture and function module division. The function is divided into general administrator model, super administrator module and general user module. On the data analysis, it designs database E-R model and database table structure. Through system key interface and function program flow diagram of archive management system for Hami district audit office, it describes the procedure of system function modules. At the same time, it uses black box testing method complete the function testing of system management, archive management, archive borrow management and data query etc. The results of testing show each function of system reach the expected design goal.The system is run in the interior of unit. From the running results, the system have characteristics of beautiful interface, strong operability and practical. It meets the actual needs of archives management work. |
