| Novelty search is a kind of intelligence information consulting services based on the literature search, by using the method of comparison and comprehensive analysis, that provide factual basis for the novelty and advancement of scientific and technological achievements appraisal and incentive, evaluation of scientific research project, technical consulting and so on. With the development of computer technology, improvement of network popularity,completement of the databases and electronic literature resources construction, novelty search should further develop into scientization, standardization, network and high efficient.The traditional working mode of novelty search cannot satisfy the current working situation,because mailing and E-mail entrustment demends a long time and cannot be fed back timely, proxy is not filled in accurately, user cannot know the feedback results in time, novelty search auditors work repetition, workload heavy, and waste resources. Therefore, to establish a novelty search services entrusted management system for realizing the science and technology novelty search service of electronic and network, increasing the convinence of users and novelty search facility’s staff, and improving the work efficiency has became an urgent need.This article was based on the further study of the novelty search’s development history and both at home and abroad development status, using B/S mode, Visual Studio 2008 development platform, alone with ASP.NET dynamic data access page programming technology, ADO.NET technology, WCF communication framework, JavaScript data information verification technology, SQL Server 2008 R2 database,designed and implemented a novelty search’s entrust management system. According to the standard novelty search process,the system analyse requirements from the two aspects which is functional requirements and non-functional requirements, establishe the function of the framework by the novelty search services entrusted management module, user registration, login module, the role and authorization management module, statistical query management module, troubleshooting, with emphasis on the management module. And completed the user roles, respectively expounds the administrator, novelty search engineer and novelty searching users, novelty searching the auditor of the four roles of business process design, according to the flow chart and the interface diagram detailedly declares how the various roles realize their function.Designs of system database is in detail, and database information table is presented for each function point. Also achieves the key function of the system,illustrates the realization steps of each functions by part of the core codes. Finally, respectively from two important aspects of functionality and performance to complete the system test,and the results show that the system runs stably, responds rapidly, has a friendly interface, can achieve the desired design requirements. |
