Research On Novelty Search Management System Faced To University

In order to meet novelty search users’ requirement of filling out and submitting the novelty search’s reports through network, realization the novelty search project’s classification and statistics, records’ management, auditing the novelty search’s reports on-line, novelty search organization start constructing novelty search management system home, and offer the service of submitting the novelty search’s reports and check the novelty search’s reports on-line. This paper analyzes the problems exists in the novelty search management system presently, including the lack of function, the few communication between novelty search users and searchers and so on. Then this paper puts forward starting new discussion about the novelty search management system from the aspect of novelty search service requirement, and establish the novelty search management system from the aspect of improving the novelty search service quality and efficiency. It promotes the communication among novelty search user and searcher, searcher and auditor. And it also promotes the novelty search project’s classification, statistics and conservation. Through the base of survey and analysis of the requirements of user and the requirements of the searchers at the range of novelty search organization of Hohai University. We do the function design and technical realization of the novelty search management system. The testing of the system mainly investigates from the aspect of contentment efficiency of users about the friendly extent of user interface, function design contentment efficiency, etc.Comparing with the existing system provided by our country, our system has four advantages. First, novelty of our system is to improve Sci-Tech Novelty Search service quality and efficiency, with online submission the contract of novelty search, multi-entry search and statistics, and many other features real-time query; Second, novelty search user can submit online the contract of novelty search and view the status of the submitted contract through our system; Third, administrator who is responsible for distributing the novelty search project can distribute the project on-line and check the novelty search project through our system; Forth, auditor can audit the novelty search’s reports and preserve the qualified novelty search’s reports on-line through our system.The first chapter of this paper introduces putting forward the idea of novelty search management system faced to novelty search organization, the construction target and mainly assignment, and analysis the novelty search management systems’effect to improve Sci-Tech novelty search quality and efficiency. The second chapter of the paper survey and analysis the current status of the novelty search organizations who’s belong to the Ministry of Education, explore the existing problems of existing novelty search management systems and propose the measures. The third chapter introduces survey about the requirements of novelty search users and searchers. The fourth chapter introduces the design and realization of system. The fifth chapter introduces the testing and estimating of experimental system. The sixth chapter is about the advantages of this system, the problems of the system and further research work.
