As representative of Chinese media, People's daily overseas edition has been trying to develop international market under the policies support from China. Its overseas operation and financial situation leads the trend of Chinese media international development. The author of this article will offer its achievements and special analytical methods on the strategic decision making on People's Daily Overseas Edition enters into African countries and development, it will also offer its constructive suggestions and reference.Decision on People's daily overseas edition enters into African market as research background, strategic decision analysis, strategic decision making and its implementation make up the body of this paper. The author wrote this paper based on People's daily overseas edition enters into African market and his African market development team experiences through his learned Corporation strategic management,Marketing and others from MBA courses to research and analyze its strategy decision making. The majority contents are four.
