In the past of few years, researches on business models of different kinds of Internet enterprises are popping up and become the new leading edge and hot topic. The results of which are widely used in all industries. "None of any organizations can survive with no business model that will bring the enterprises big profit potential in the coming future but only strategy or special resources." A good business model becomes backbone for broadcasting and TV media and the key to the focus if the enterprises can stand out in the new economic surge. Therefore, both domestic and international TV media, publishing houses and social media have started researches on the innovation and strengthening of their own business model.Based on the above background, this thesis proposes problems and solutions on how to strengthen the operation and management business models for the advertising industry, with the current situation of Shaanxi Broadcasting and TV Station (SXBC) where the writer is working for.Using Enlight media, Phoenix TV and Imgo TV as research samples, the thesis proposes unique research system which specializes on how to strengthen the business model on the operation of Broadcasting and TV enterprises, including three parts and two ingredients. Three parts are value propositions, value system and value expression, which can be subdivided as inner value demanding, user participation, user management, market positioning, resource distribution, core action, management team, profit model, cost control, and etc. Two key ingredients are mainly inner and outer environments which promote innovation. To the reference of theories of Peter Ferdinand Drucker on the seven drivers of innovation-the accidental phenomena inconsistent, procedure needs, industry and market structure, materials on demographics, cognitive changes, and new knowledge, the thesis searches delves deeper, and explores drivers behind the business models of broadcasting and TV enterprises in detail and finally makes effective assessments. Meanwhile, the paper, basing on the current development of SXBC, makes analysis and elaboration on customer values, resources and capability and profit models in the structure listed as operation and management background, current business model and the analysis on operation and management business model.
