As China gradually step into aging society, the heart cerebrovascular disease has become the main factors that harm people health, at the same time the healt h consciousness of people also constantly improve. Paying more attention to their health at any time in life is becoming more common. It is imperative to the po pularity of various kinds of health care equipment.If medical equipment respectively use own software to understand and analy ze their health condition, not only the user feel troubling, but also a lot of healt h data cannot connect and give users a more three-dimensional health analysis.Aimed at this instance, this article will design and implement a mobile client of home health system. Information of users managed by the remote data center. It is necessary to collect user information management and analysis of health status.Because human address and id card number is too long to easily input error, thi s system will be based on the id card identification to collect user information.Due to the current health care equipment many are using their own standards,When equipment connection and data acquisition may be incompatible and not a ccurate. So this article implementation of home health system will be based on t he IEEE 11073 standard to implement for medical equipment and health equipme nt of communication. In this paper, main work is as follows.Firstly, in view of the id card recognition, I use optical character recognitio n technology. I use mobile phones to take Id photographs, and artificial cut part of photographs to get id card information, then system preprocess id card image,last calling Tesseract OCR to identify id information. I design the bussiness desc ription of optical character recognition, establish functional requirements model, a nd implement the pretreatment and the detailed implementation of OCR compone nts. I also train for the mixture of id information font library to accurately realiz e identification.Secondly, in view of more equipment access function, I use the IEEE 11073 standard key part to communication. Then I research and analysis the standard o f communication model, domain information model and service model. And I des ign finite state machine of the standard communication and health data format. Iprovide communication interface in the form of a plug-in that the home health s ystem can conveniently calls.Finally, I realize the mobile client of home health system. the system which is running on the Android platform is divided into four parts in accordance with the user information management, management of user's physiological data, the user's physiological data acquisition and synchronization of user information. The system call id recognition module in the user management module, and calls th e IEEE 11073 communication plug-in in the health data measurementmodule thro ugh JNI. It can intuitively show health data to the user, and synchronize the inf ormation to a remote data center to further analysis.
