In recent years,in the field of computer,intelligent medical care has gradually become a popular direction of development.With the development of technology and the increasing trend of population aging,more and more people choose to monitor the physiological parameters at home,a variety of home health care equipment and services came into being.These medical devices are equipped with their own management software,communication is also very different,which makes all the equipment must use the appropriate management side,and can not be compatible with other systems.International Organization for Standardization ISO and IEEE Association developed the IEEE 11073 series of protocols for the healthy development of the field,which reach an agreement in detail the medical device and management system data exchange mode,however,most of the equipment on the market still does not meet the specifications of the agreement.On the other hand,the development of sensor technology also makes the collection of medical data more convenient,there have been many special sensors for the collection of physiological parameters,these modules are small,easy to develop,and support a variety of communication methods to achieve data collection.Based on this,this paper combines the sensor technology,design and implement a standard physiological parameters acquisition platform,the main work is as follows:Firstly,select the appropriate main processor and sensor module to pulse,temperature and oxygen saturation sampling as an example to achieve the acquisition of physiological parameters,and achive the original data processing,through the light intensity changes caused by the heart beat which caused the changes of blood oxygen content,obtain heart rate and oxygen saturation physiological values.Secondly,compared several way of wireless communication,select WIFI as the bottom layer of the communication,and add a WIFI module to the system to achieve wireless communications of this platform.And then based on STM32 embedded realtime operating system is transplanted,the model defined in the IEEE 11073-20601 standardization protocol is analyzed and the system is designed in detail,based on the state machine the platform achieves the communication process of the equipment side and the management side,then the objects in the domain information model are defined,and the configuration and service model of the device are realized according to the device specialization protocol of pulse oximeter and thermometer.Finally,the entire platform has been a data acquisition test,a accuracy of the algorithm test and the use of 11073 standard test kit on the system for a standardized test.The test results show that the platform can be directly collected by the human body physiological signals and into a medical significance of heart rate,oxygen saturation and body temperature,and can be compatible with IEEE 11073 medical standard protocol,to complete the real-time communication with the standard management side,and has a good The scalability and practicality.
