With the rapid development of the smart grid, smart grid as an important device,applications of smart meter has gradually been broad consensus, and the application of smart meter energy information collection system, through the power of information collection, remote adjustment parameters and load telemetry system to realize the grid all electricity customers to achieve a unified, effective information collection and management, to fully meet the residents of the price ladder implementation of information management requirements, but also for power users to create a complete power management platform, the implementation of monitoring users of electricity situation.This paper aims to establish a set of practical, high-reliability power of information systems to improve remote meter reading rate and accuracy of data, thus providing the basis for the implementation of the tariff settlement marketing business strategy for the business management of all aspects of analysis, to provide data to support decision-making. Firstly, the theory need for energy information platform construction were analyzed according to the study, combined with the current situation in Tianjin power grid and smart meter installation analysis on this basis. In accordance with the full coverage, the whole collection, management requires full fee controlled, smart meter data acquisition system construction requirements and implementation options were proposed and on-site operation and effectiveness of the application system is analyzed. Through the application of acquisition system to achieve timely collection and grasp the power of information and achieve centralized monitoring Tianjin power load.
