Under the background of facing global the economic crisis and energy crisis,energy-saving and emission-reduction has become a subject of global interest. This thesis, combined with the latest meter reading technology, detailedly studies the integration of classification data acquisition system in the university on the background of University campus energy-saving platform.For universities, the main building energy consumption is the water, electricity,heating and gas. To meet the various needs of campus energy-saving platform of the data acquisition, this thesis has selected a form of the campus energy-saving monitoring center platform– data concentrator – lower position machine intelligent meters, which is called the three stage microcomputer system, and completed the water and heating data acquisition, and this solution has solved the cumbersome procedures and inconvenient of traditional meter reading method. The lower position machine intelligent water meters and heat meters acquire the data of water and heating, and store in the data concentrator through the M-BUS, then send the data back to the campus energy-saving monitoring center platform through the wireless module.Intelligent water meters use MS430FF447 micro-controller as the main control chip, and design a M-BUS interface to connect the data concentrator. Heat meters select the time to digital converter chip TDC-GP21 A and MSP430F447 chip as the core control unit, using the M-BUS to connect the data concentrator. Data concentrator adopts the ARM chip STM32F107 as the main controller, the intelligent water meter and heat meter data stores in the SD card, then the data concentrator sends the data to the energy-saving monitoring center platform through wireless module.This thesis firstly introduces the research background and current situation of domestic and foreign meter reading technology, and then introduces the general situation of campus energy-saving monitoring center platform system, and detailedlydescribes the structure of the integration of the data acquisition system. Next, the thesis introduces the intelligent water meter, heat meter and data concentrator design in detail from two aspects of hardware and software. It also introduces the principle,structure and the way of communication of the design, and gives the corresponding block diagram, flow chart and communication protocol.This thesis is aimed at the water supplying and heating situation of university,and realizes the data acquisition and monitoring of the campus water and heat though the campus energy-saving platform, which has the important practical significance to reduce the running cost, raise the benefit of running a campus and promote the sustainable development of campus.
