In recent years,agricultural research and application of Internet of things gradually got the attention of people.It has become a trend in the process of applying modern Internet technology to agricultural production and management.At present,the bee breeding process is lack of intelligent equipment to monitor and control the hive.Beekeepers are unable to get hives internal environment and honey production information quickly and easily,they can only obtain the information out of the box through the conventional detection method,this way not only affect the work efficiency,but also interfere with the normal breeding and production of honey bees.In view of these problems existing in the process of bee breeding,this paper designed a kind of smart hive,based on the technology of Internet of things.This paper has applied the technology of Internet of things to the hive environment acquisition control and honey production environment monitoring system,so as to realize the wisdom of the breeding colony,reducing the labor intensity of the beekeepers,improve the management level of enterprises.The main research content of this paper is as follows:1.According to the application requirements of smart hive,this paper has built a hardware platform based on STM32F103VET6 microcontroller which can collect the temperature and humidity of hive and the information of honey production inside the hive.This hardware platform can process real-time information of the temperature and humidity of hive through the temperature and humidity sensor,and can measure the weight of hive through the weight sensor.This acquisition terminal has integrated serial WiFi module and ENC28J60 ethernet module,it support both wire and wireless data transmission.Beekeepers can realize remote monitoring of the hive by intelligent mobile phone and remote PC.2.This paper has transplant the file system of FatFS to the STM32F103VET6 microcontroller,has designed the touch screen driver,and designed the man-machine interface of the acquisition terminal based on STemWin graphical user system,also has built the embedded web server based on the LwIP protocol stack and BOA server,has provided a rich human-computer interaction interface.3.This paper has analyzed the wisdom hives data acquisition terminal software system in detail,realizing the collection of the hive temperature and humidity environment and weight and wireless transmission,at the same time based on KMeans method is proposed based on a hive temperature information of the swarming behavior judgement algorithm.4.The paper has designed the wisdom of the hive test verification and performance analysis.Function test results show that the system can achieve data acquisition of the hive environment and can carry out real-time data transmission through WiFi and Ethernet in two ways;performance test showed that the WiFi signal system is normal and stable,WiFi transmission rate up to 20KB/S,the measurement accuracies of both temperature humidity and the weight are high,these measurement accuracies can satisfy the requirement of hive data collection and analysis.The research results of this paper show that the intelligent hive designed in this paper can realize the wisdom of monitoring environment of beekeeping and the activity of bee inside the hive.It can both realize wireless monitoring of hives through smart phone and can monitor hives through PC remote login,and later we can analysis the bee behavior based on large data collected by this intelligent hive system.On the one hand,this system can help reduce the workload of beekeepers,improve their work efficiency,and realize scientific beekeeping,intelligent beekeeping.On the other hand it can also reduce the impact of the bee activity to a minimum,and can provide a comfortable environment for bee by control temperature and humidity based on the monitoring results,so as to improve the yield and quality of honey.
