The lives and property of the people are threated by flash floods, landslides, mudslides and other serious kinds of Geological disasters.It is an urgent need to address which includes geological disaster monitoring and early warning at this stage issue due to our complicated topography and geological disasters which occur frequently in order to reduce the impact of disasters.The main means of monitoring and early warning is the most effective means of disaster prevention and mitigation in order to ensure the safety of relief person and get the rid of the risk of secondary disasters in the face of disaster relief process after large-scale disaster occurs.Therefore, So it is a crucial importance to build a geological disaster monitoring and early warning emergency alarm system to prevent and reduce the impact of disasters.It is designed to monitor disaster warning system which includes parts of wireless smart sensors, warning terminal, a control center. Wireless Smart Sensor is responsible for collecting geological disasters affecting factors(such as rainfall, ground moisture, cracks, surface displacement, etc.) parameters, and sends it to the field of early warning terminal through Zig Bee wireless communication module. Wireless smart sensors which is based on 16 bit MSP430F149 microcontroller as control the core includes data acquisition modules, wireless communication module.The alert data received the terminal is compared with a preset threshold value.and.An alarm occurs when it exceeds the threshold value or the data will be sended to the control center through the GPRS module on the contrary. Warning terminal which is based on the Cortex-M3 core 32-bit ARM microcontrollers STM32F103ZET6 as the control center includes data storage, display information, wireless communications and so on.Control Center warning model will issue the likelihood of geological disasters and disaster grade division, and other warning information based on Multi-sensor information fusion technology warning model BP neural network algorithm for the early prevention of disasters. It is proved that the system which meets the design requirements is feasible and valuable.
