In detail in this paper, the system has the function of each business requirement analysis, the function design and description of system, and connecting with the data flow diagram and the flow chart of each function of design were described in detail. Finally, through the way of screenshots, code, and function flow chart, the function of the system implementation, and testing system of function, performance and security.
