Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management, enterprise in the process of human management according to the different demand for human resources to develop the corresponding management methods. Enterprise human resource management there are a lot of defects, the traditional way of the most important thing is that influence human's enthusiasm, the enterprise needs to in human production efficiency, enthusiasm and improve management efficiency, etc. In this paper, the shenhua zhungeer company's enterprise human resource management research, in-depth discussion is advantageous to the enterprise human resources management, and carries on the analysis, design, to achieve the company human resource management information system.This paper first analyzes the enterprise human resources management information system development background and significance, aim to company's existing personnel management system is analyzed, on the basis of the function of the existing system, according to the actual demand for the company to expand. This system USES the advanced human resource management information system development technology, combined with advanced human management methods. That company aiming at the existing insufficiency existing in human resource management system, poor communication were improved, the system realized the personnel management, salary management, personal management, training management and business management, can make the quasi logic structure of human resource management system of the company more clear, human resources management more convenient and quick.In this paper, the B/S architecture based on Web way to build the company human resource management information system. Actual demand made a systemic analysis of the system, design the personnel management, salary management, business management, personal management and system management module. In detail in this paper, the system has the function of each business requirement analysis, the function design and description of system, and connecting with the data flow diagram and the flow chart of each function of design were described in detail. Finally, through the way of screenshots, code, and function flow chart, the function of the system implementation, and testing system of function, performance and security. In this paper, design and development of human resource management system that the company can meet the basic needs of human resource management.
