Research On Human Factor In Information Security Management Of S Bank

The information system has gradually become an essential foundation for each field of the society, People are also facing a severe challenge of information security issues in information technology brings great benefits to enjoy at the same time. For banks, the information system covers all the business processes within the organization and provides service channels for customers. It also provides information services for the organization office. With the deepening of information technology, information assets become more and more important, and it is also facing more and more security threats. The banks are facing the unprecedented information security risk.Information Technology Management Committee was established as the information security policymaking body in S bank headquarters. The agency includes the head office of the Department of technology management and branch of information technology leadership team. The agency responsible for the major issues related to the information security management system, i nformation security strategy, the review of information security evaluation report, and it also promote the full line to carry out information security management. S bank information security technology includes external and internal two aspects to guarantee the enterprise information security. S bank and the industry information security events can be divided into personnel factors, technical factors, and environmental factors. The staff is the most important factor in the security management of enterprise information security, any information related activities cannot do without personnel. The design, commissioning, operation and maintenance of enterprise information systems are made to complete by the staff.This paper summarized the literature of information security human impact, especially the classification and causes of human impact factors of information security. According to the existing S bank information security problems, I made a questionnaire of S bank information security human impact. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. After examining the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data, human factors of S bank information security was learned through descriptive analysis. Independent samples T test and ANOVA was used for the difference on demographic variables. The results show that the gender, age, education, seniority, position level d id not exist significant differences in human factors of S bank information security. Finally, the correlation analysis of human impact factors shows that employee security awareness, information security self awareness and efficiency, organizational and environmental factors have a significant positive correlation between each other. There are no significant correlation between individual psychological factors and other three factors.According to the research results, combined with the existing S bank information security problems, the paper put forward three suggest to optimize S bank information security, including the construction of information security culture, information security training and long-term mechanism to establish and strengthen effective communication.
