This paper discusses software development of Xinda Company's sales business information management system. It discusses analysis, design and implementation from software engineering view. This system's developing target is to put the company's all sales business into integrated management routine, and combine with products inventory and manufacturing operation management, so that it will realize highly coordination within the company's sales management, fund flow management and product manufacturing management.First, this paper discusses the sales business management system's functional requirement as demand analysis. It especially focuses on discussing its price information management function, sales plan management function, sales order management function and sales statistic analysis function. It also builds some main user case modules, analyzes each function's task goal, main variables and computation processing rules. Based on demand analysis, it further discusses the software's design principles, outlined structure design scenarios and overall database design scenarios. This system's software structure includes two main levels, which are daily business processing level oriented to sales department workers and general strategic business information processing level oriented to business directors. On the basis of design scenarios, the paper then discusses the software's main modules'internal design, including main functions'processing methods and related database charts design scenarios. Finally, it describes the system's programming and testing.This software uses mainstream programming frame.NET and C# language, and SQL Server with its stored programs at database server end to develop. It has been finished development and trial running assessment, reaches its developing target well.
