This thesis discusses the marketing information management system and related issues of Shanghai AutoGroup automobile fittings company and gets the supplier relationship management system related requirements, including inventory management, logistics management and other functionalities.Staring with modern software engineering methods and information techniques, system requirements and system user management needs are analyzed including permissions management and other non-functional requirements, studying and establishing a application model of the system. Taking into account the system’s performance, stability and maneuverability, the article proposes the logical architecture and technical architecture of the system. The thesis gives a detailed analysis of the system design of the main modules of business functions, data structure design, interface design and detailed implementation, and on this basis, fully testing the system in software engineering thinking. Then the thesis analyzes advantages of supplier relationship management system, and propose the future improvements and optimization for the system. Based on the study of methods and models in automotive industry supply chain management, supplier relationship-depth, it is recognized that under the automotive supplier relationship management into the enterprise management is the inevitable trend of development.The development of this software system has been partially finished and started running, the implementation effect indicates that it basically achieves the design targets and has anticipated impact to the business solutions.
