Research And Development Of Customer Relationship Management (crm) Systems

The paper describles the basic concept and theory of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM(Customer Relationship Management), then analyzes and studies its basic functions, and presents an idea of its developing model in the future. Based on the above it expounds the applying of DSS and gives the practicable model, and analyzes the present application of CRM in the world and the reason of causing these. This paper studies the relation of CRM with ERP,, and gives the theory of linking CRM with ERP organically. Finally, The Sale Information Management System based on Internet is developed, it is the practice of CRM with DSS. The system is developed by using Dreamweaver Ultra Dev and Java as foreground tool and SQL SERVER as background database. Perhaps this paper is valuable for anyone who engages in CRM.
