Politics is relying on group formation and development together, which it is a group activity. Group polarization behavior is not just a coincidence, but rather a kind of regularity of group behavior, and therefore group activities based political behavior is bound to be a certain degree of influence, which is embodied in political activities in the polar groups phenomenon. However, the group polarization phenomenon of political activities is manifested in the field of civil and political participation, political participation, mainly by its own characteristics, conditions of the decision.Political participation by network has the characteristics of convenient, extensiveness, efficient, interactive, to overcome exchange of information the time and space boundaries. Help broaden citizens' political participation channels, free to express their political views, to meet the growing demand for political participation. Meanwhile, in the current Chinese citizen participation mechanism is not perfect, unobstructed channel is not involved in the case, the network involved is an effective supplement form.
