Qing Dynasty was the heyday of Series publication, which is not only abundant kinds, but more emphasis on the collation and textual research in the content, which made it having reached the peak of ancient Chinese publishing field, in quantity and quality. Meanwhile, the Qing Dynasty was also a academic prosperous era. Series publication ,as a very unique way , also had clear influence on academic development in the Qing Dynasty. Especially the rise of the textual criticism, had an important impact on academic Journal compilation series. Based on these, the publication of numerous rare scholar books, and sharing knowledge and academic exchange effects brought about by the publication, further promoted the academic development of Qing.This paper studies the relationship between academic books in the series published in the Qing Dynasty and academic cultures, on the base of Books exchange cycle theory in Western books history, and references to the fact of the Chinese ancient books publication and the particularity of Qing books history.Practically speaking, the first chapter ,as for the pandect, depicts the overall situation of the learning and academic books of Qing Dynasty, so as to grasping the overall context of the development of Qing whole series, and then takes a few concrete examples to illustrate the codification, publication and diffusion of Qing books promote knowledge sharing, which will further promote academic exchange and discussion among scholars. And Chapter II, Chapter ?, Chapter IV, are the sub-pandect .The second chapter studies the relationship between specific rare books and textology, intended to illustrate the latter promotes the formation of rare books, and the rare books also contributed to the academic research as a platform for these, but also promotes the natural reproduction of knowledge, and the reproduction further promotes the compilation rare books published. The third chapter puts some researches on specialized Qing Dynasty specialized information and knowledge. Here select the Qing Dynasty Confucian books and classics, books and Qing Dynasty thinkers child learn science, geography books of the Qing Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty geography school are specifically described in three parts, as to demonstrating an extremely close relationship between the Qing Dynasty special publishing and the specialized books of science. Of course, the special series was the inevitable result of the development of specialized academic, and the monograph series of timely publication of further promote and facilitate the popularization and development of specialized knowledge, described its function in the interest of future generations. The fourth chapter selects a typical regional region Culture Series-"Changzhou sage testament" to study the role of its regional and cultural factors in the traditional academic culture of the Qing Dynasty region, to investigate the interaction between the regional Series and the regional academic culture, that is to say , the publication of regional Series makes groups more self-awareness enhancement. And the publication of the Culture Series, on the one hand, is to save the traditional local culture, on the other hand also to promote the development of regional academic schools (ways: flaunt tradition, continuation of the traditional spirit ).The total of these, it is to explore the relationship between Qing Dynasty's academic and publishing. To be different to western scholars pay more attention to multiple private and commercial history of the Ming and Qing books , the study notes that the official do the implementation of cultural tyranny, also set an example to do the edit series directly (eg, open " imperial collection of four" ,enactment of the " Series of Precious Books in Yingwu Palace" ,to support the late Qing Dynasty Nofficial bookstore of ancient books publishing) and the local officials (such as Ruan yuan, Zhang zhidong, Zeng guofan, etc.) inscribed books indirect advocate ,all these promote the cultural development of Qing . The author also notes that the development of the circle of the literati exchange also has a relationship with the compilation and publication series. The traditional scholars focus more attention onto the perspective of pure philology, only noted the overall status of the Qing Dynasty series combing and macro overview, and few on the specific nature of the Qing Dynasty and academic books published in academic culture relationship, andthis part of the special study is also blank. This paper attempts to explore this area , on the perspective of "Literature - culture" science, namely, to regard "literature - culture" as an organic whole, that is to say ,culture and literature contact with each other.
