With the continuous development of IT technology, IT industry is becoming more and more globalized, IT industry management is becoming more and more complex, the growth of our country's IT industry is also growing rapidly. But in the development speed, how to follow the world's leading IT service management level; in the application promotion, how to carry out the core concept of mainstream IT service management, put in front of domestic enterprises. Previously, most domestic enterprises must pass ISO9001 international quality management certification standards, but it does not apply to the present IT industry. Until December 2005, the International Standardization Organization (ISO) and the International Electrical Commission (IEC) jointly released the ISO/IEC 20000 standards. In this regard, the first international standard in the field of IT service management was born. How to apply the ISO/IEC20000 standard in the IT industry, how to make the domestic various industries rely on the IT services industry this important platform to follow the international standards, as a key issue of many IT companies. So both IT outsource companies, or the use of IT services to support the front and back office business, need to build a IT based ISO20000 service management system, to improve the quality of service and IT service management system security through ISO 20000 certification.This system through the introduction of ISO/IEC20000 standard, the service operation of the six management processes (i.e., event service request management, problem management, configuration management, change and release management, knowledge management, document management) into the securities industry IT service management, make the IT service management system to become a centralized, standardized service management platform, to solve the current securities company IT operation and maintenance problems.This system uses the object-oriented development method, based on the remedy AR BMC system and B/S system structure, through the detailed requirements analysis and design of the six service management module, the IT service management system for the securities industry is realized.
