With the rapid expansion of enterprise scale, services for cross sectoral, cross regional, cross-border enterprises are increasing quickly, customers’ acceptance and the demand of the are becoming higher and higher and meanwhile the IT services also need to progress. Firstly customers on technical requirements are more and more detailed and in-depth. Secondly the service process requires more and more standard and finally quantitative results are quite necessary to make. Based on the IT Infrastructure Library, covering all the factors in the process of the IT service operation, ITIL services standards are thus in existence and then it can meet the customers’ needs fundamentally. Established on the standards, IT service management system can record the service first and then classify statistics to meet the needs of the IT service management and achieve the high quality of service and make full use of the statistics.This essay makes a description of current situation and problems and the must of using the ITIL services standards. The basic concept of he ITIL services standards are the main point, as well as the key processes in the design of the database and accomplish the system eventually.Since its existence, the system has been running on the company and its subsidiaries, it can meet the basic needs of enterprises in the actual operation and it has received high praise from customers.
