With the relaxation of the national policy which restrict access into the financial industry, and market Domination of the Alipay and other services, the increasingly fierce competition in the financial industry, banks have to improve the competitiveness of their products, as well as their abilities of sales. The design and implementation of the Bank of Dawa sales collaboration system in this paper is based on the real business process of their group customers. This system unifies the approval process of the business opportunity, and implements the account management function. It makes the work more convenient which the sales track the customer and business opportunities. Finally help the sales complete the deal.This paper has a very detailed requirement analysis through the business understanding of Dawa Rural Commercial bank and lots of methods such as using the usecase diagram. This system is developed by the Struts2+Spring+Mybatis web application framework, JSP+CSS+Javascript front to end technologies and the Oracle is used as its relation database. The Implementation of Dawa Bank Sales Collaboration System is based on the very detailed requirement analysis and all these technologies. This system has five major modules. They are Message Center module, Account Management module, Business Opportunity Management module, Product Promotion module and User Management module. This paper has a very detailed discussion in the system design and database design and the implementation of the system and system test is discussed in the end of the paper.The implementation of the Dawa Rural Commercial bank sales promotion system in this paper satisfied the customer’s requirement, help the Bank of Dawa track their customer more effective, improve the efficiency of the whole process of the group customer.
