Group customers is one of the important strategic move customer base, but also the various telecom operators focus of future competition. Maintain the Group’s customers have long project cycle, project control is difficult, complex and diverse needs of customers, customers high degree of professionalism and so difficult to bear alone client manager. So post increased sales assistant (SA) has been the trend of the situation, and the SA staff developed a SA team management platform, able, four SA in charge, supervision, client manager role organic integrate functions teamwork, respect it is very necessary.In this paper, based to of Taizhou mobile market marketing management, combined with E-OMS system of modern enterprise office electronics, intelligent, day-to-day maintenance workflow requirements, the use of a wide range of JSP technology and mature Oracle database management system simple and approachable, and easy to extend. Development process, including the establishment of the the foreground application development and back-end database maintenance. According to the research of the SA team service model, as well as marketing management needs, the paper elaborated the SA team to send a single management SA receipt, statistical reports, Group data collection, and gives the system data model. The main function of this paper to achieve SA staff to send a single supervisory feedback, SA back to a single function, query work orders, the query statistical reports, statistics and other information on the Group.This system is mainly through work orders circulation strung together four roles, the maximum extent of the work to help customers manager better maintain the Group’s customers. By the Group set up a stall, the telephone outbound calls, door-to-door service, and other forms of timely response to customer manager needs to broaden the Group’s service model to improve the quality of service of the Group.
