Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Customer Management Information System On Sales Data Mining

In this information age, the modern enterprise need to adapt to the fierce market competition,and the customer information is the base of enterprise’s survival. Through in-depth analysis system needs, was put forwardbased on the J2EE-EasyJWeb architecture enterprise customers management system platformoverall scheme, give cases design, function module and application development process, andJ2EE framework of three layers: the software development process and the application of thedevelopment mode of MVC; Give the implement of CRM system the whole process, andbusiness process optimization; Through the sales data mining, and more optimized managementof customer data.This thesis is the research results of the proposed from SMS sales management system andCRM customers management system, the establishment of how to will both better with a set ofenterprise application solutions, and make use of data mining technology optimizationmanagement customer data.
