The management system of coil-yard is the core function of manufacturing execution system (MES). It plays an important role in modern industry production. Using the MES of 1780mm hot milling product line in Ansteel as a background, this thesis explains the function of the management system of coil-yard, and the design, development and implementation based on stratus server.The management system of coil-yard developed is the key composition part of MES of 1780mm product line. It mainly takes charge of the management of coil in-yard, management of coil-yard, package, HDL, shipment and crane guidance of 1780mm product line. Meanwhile, it communicates with enterprise resource planning system(ERP) of company and L2 process control system of 1780mm product line, to transfers and gathers various production data, making information sharing possible, and keep the information data consistency at all levels system. This thesis makes a deep research about the process of the management system of coil-yard implementation based on stratus server, complete the task of the development of the management system of HSM coil-yard. This system is built on the platform of stratus fault-tolerant server, compared with traditional cluster server, it will takes us higher safety and reliability. After analyzing the production management requirement of 1780mm product line, the thesis provides the detailed function module and the optimal management method, aiming at the capacity of product line and the rule of management business flow, and implement by programming. The real execution result of the program on site proves to be feasible and effective. The system is developed by structural method. In order to fully meet the needs of 1780mm product line, we widely adopt the suggestions from our customers. The whole system uses C/S structure. It is more applicable by absorbing the merits of other similar software. Thus, performs well. Through a long time experiments, the feasibility and reliability of the system is fully proved. The system can adequately meet the needs of production management of hot milling coil-yard.Since the system was brought into operation, it takes guidance for the management of coil-yard, and realizes the high-class technology by firmly connecting the production planning management in 1780mm product line of Ansteel, L2 process control and the production management of ERP. The system greatly promotes the automation level of production. It has an important theoretical as well as actual meaning by accelerating the informatization process of AnSteel group. |
