| China has enacted a lot of laws and regulations to standardize and order the government affairs after the Liberation. So does the archives work of"Ansteel"group. As a result, the researches on records and materials of"Ansteel"group in some annals of local history most focus on the period of new China. But prior to this period,"Ansteel"group had experienced the course of"Anshan ironworks","Zhaohe steelworks"and so on, and had also made a large number of records. These records are important and valuable, yet few people study them, so I want to do some researches on it. I went to Ansteel Archives to collect the materials, to do many investigations, and try to seek truth from the facts. On the base of these efforts, I write this thesis. In the thesis, I use plenty of study methods just like summarization, classification and comparison. In addition, Anshan was liberated on 19 Feb 1948, and"Ansteel"group was established on 26 Dec 1948, then"Ansteel"group made new policies and new regulations, had new situation, and was absolutely different from the former status. So this article use the word"the liberation of Anshan"other than"the liberation of China"for accuracy in expressing.The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is about the purpose, the significance and the study status of this subject, meanwhile, to describe the course of change and development of"Ansteel"group before the liberation of Anshan. The second part is about the formation of the records and materials of"Ansteel"group before the liberation of Anshan. It quotes a number of original materials, describe the records process, as well as the kind and the source of records and materials of"Ansteel"group. The third part is about the management of the records and materials of"Ansteel"group, included the collection, arrangement, preservation, appraisal, accession and the forth. The last part is about the kind and the management of the extant records of"Ansteel"group before the liberation of Anshan. |
