Design And Implementation Of A Port Bulk Storage Yard Management System

As the hub of international trade and logistics,port shows great significance in national economy.Currently,bulk cargo wharf at home and abroad has been the traditional rely on artificial coordinate production operation management mode,although some bulk cargo information system has been established,but in most systems only several function modules,the function of information system is not strong.There are many problems,such as the efficiency of loading and unloading,the low utilization rate of the yard,the lag of information acquisition and so on.With the rapid development of the international shipping market,improve the bulk yard information management level to meet the growing business needs have become the focus of port study.Based on the statements mentioned above,this paper mainly study on the information management system of bulk cargo wharf.In this paper,Dongjiakou Bulk Yard as the research object,through the yard goods piled up,import,move down,machinery scheduling and other factors of production and process research,construction yard planning model,breaking the traditional extensive to inventory management as the core of the yard management,cargo storage,cargo space optimization intelligent layout,enhance the bulk yard volume;things,differential GPS,intelligent terminal,graphical,real-time message processing technology into the yard management,the establishment of intelligent control mode,yard visualization and integrated development;the application of intelligent terminal system of vehicle based on the difference in the message queue,to achieve on-site information real-time acquisition,operation in the control field and real-time information interaction,intelligent scheduling and control work machine;operation concept will move down in the goods yard,To optimize the allocation of resources,improve the speed of vehicle turnover and the logistics of goods from port to inland.Finally,the paper summarizes the research and development of intelligent management system of bulk cargo yard.
