Design And Implementation Of Quality Management System Based On Flexible Workflow

As we all know that quality is the life of product. When it comes to a company, the quality of the product is influenced by the level of quality management implement. And at the same time, Information technologies, such as computer technology and network technology, which become more and more popular in company regular management, give this implement a strong support. Nowadays, total quality management and process management are widely applied. It means realistic to study how to apply these advanced management theory into the development of the quality management system that fits the corporation management requirements of today.To address the disadvantage of traditional corporation quality management system and the development pattern of corporation information system, the demand of company quality management was studied and the technology of flexible workflow was introduced into our research. Founding on the integration of flexible workflow technology and process management theory, a quality management system based on flexible workflow was designed and a flexible workflow process model and a mechanism of exception handling was presented which solve the problems of flexibly modeling and exception handling of the system. Research results showed that, compared with the traditional system, this system has advantages in process management and flexibility aspect. The investigation of this article has important value in expanding the workflow application in corporation system and improving the level of quality management.
