With the development and expansion of the Coal Industry Group, the business of coalquality management becomes more and more abundant, and the management process alsobecomes more and more complicated. Therefore, the automation of business processmanagement becomes an urgent problem to be solved. The traditional Coal QualityManagement Information System (CQMIS) only focuses on data processing and sharing,lacking of business process management. Workflow, as a widely introduced technology intovarious application fields, has strong ability of process control. This paper introducesworkflow technology into the coal quality management system to realize the business processmanagement and improve the management level of coal quality.With fully study of the work steps and kernel principle of jBPM technology, this paperfirstly analyzes the coal quality management process of a domestic large-scale coal group,plots cross-functional flowchart, and gives the implementation steps of the business processmanagement system. Furthermore, we put forward an application model of applyingworkflow technology to CQMIS; design the function structure of CQMIS based on workflowtechnology; give the design scheme of process management modules, such as processdefinition, deployment, process monitoring, task configuration, and so on. According to thesecurity of the coal quality data in the flowing process, we also propose a kind of accesscontrol strategy. Finally, combined with the practical project of a Group Coal QualityManagement Information System, we apply layering technique to construct the systemarchitecture, which uses Struts, jBPM, Spring and Hibernate as implementation technology inpresentation layer, process logic layer, business logic layer and data persistence layer. We alsogive the integration schemes of jBPM and Spring. Furthermore, we develop theworkflow-based CQMIS, which not only realizes the business function demand but also implements the automation and monitoring of the process.The research of this paper has important practical significance to the coal qualitymanagement in Coal Industry Group. The implementation of this system could promote theenterprise management pattern transforming from hierarchical and functional type toprocess-centered type, which impels the leadership pay more attention to the business processas the management target of production and operation and the guide of designing organizationframework, and makes the enterprise continue with business process reengineering andinnovation of coal quality management. Thus, this implementation greatly improves the levelof coal quality management, and brings greater success and economic benefits to enterprises. |
