Study On The Relationship Between Official Media`s Micro-communication And Internet Users` Emotions In Kunming Railway Station Violent Terrorist Event

In recent years, the violent terrorist events have occurred in China usually, which seriously damage to people's life safety and social negative emotions, affect social harmony and stability. Especially in the Internet age, everyone has a microphone, how to deal with fear of terrorist event after the outbreak of the internet users` emotions.Through selecting the Kunming railway station violent terrorist event as a case, using semantic analysis, cross analysis, regression analysis and other methods, this article research the relationship between official media`s micro-communication and internet users` emotions in the violent terrorist event. The study found that the internet users` emotions has reversed transmission function to the official media`s micro-communication, to force the official media releasing the case in outbreak period, refuting the rumours and dealing the foreign public opinion in the spread period and interim period. while the official media`s micro-communication also has public opinion guide function to the internet users` emotions, reducing the fear emotion by reporting authoritative facts in the outbreak period, stabilizing the emotions by comprehensive review the public opinion in the diffusion period, suppressing the evil and promoting good by setting the agenda in the interim period, eliminating negative effects by propagating ethnic groups in the convalescence period, and avoiding unwarranted speculation by disclosing follow-up information in the fade.
