The output power of Laser will directly affects the laser processing level. To improve the overall level of kilowatts-laser processing and solve practical project problems, this article designs a power detection and stability control system with STM32. It realized the power signal's acquisition, processing, display on PC and feedback to high-voltage power. Below is the system's main work:(1)According to the requirements of the angular polarized light's generation system to the laser power detection and stability control system. This article proposed a cavity-outside sampling method+STM32F107+USB+MFC's framework to realize data acquisition, processing, display and feedback.(2)This article completes the embedded hardware circuit system's design, welding and commissioning. The hardware circuit includes STM32 minimal system, amplifying filter circuit, serial debug circuit, LCD1602 interface circuit, USB interface circuit, JTAG emulator interface circuit, D/A conversion circuit and the entire power system.(3)This article completes the entire software system design, including hardware drivers design and MFC display interface design. Hardware drivers design is developed on RealView MDK platform, it realizes the power signal's acquisition, processing and feedback, and it also can communicate with PC through the USB. MFC display interface design is based on Visual C ++ 6.0 development platforms, it achieves a dynamic enumeration of the USB device and real-time display on PC of the power signal.As a whole, the experimental result shows that the system is small, low cost and has a good performance. Meanwhile, it can also detect the output power and monitor its stability in real-time curve. By feeding the power signal back to the high-voltage power of Laser, this system effectively improves the long-term stability of the high power CO2 Laser's output power.
