Solid laser pumped by semiconductor laser has the advantages of laser diode andsolid laser, so it develops rapidly in recent years and gets the extensive application inthe fields of military, communication,Processing and scientific research,etc.In order tomeet the demands for laser power of semiconductor solid laser pump solid YAGlaser, I synthetically adopt the singlechip digital automatic control technology which isextensively used in the intelligent instruments,products of electromechanicalintegration and automatic control system,LED display technology, invariable currenttechnology.And the high-power semiconductor pulse laser power has been developed.This article analyses the operation principle of the semiconductor Laser power indetail,and demonstrates the feasible scheme of the main part of the power accordingto the special request under the pulse working Way, designs the correspondinghardware circuits and software procedures, take the power field-effect transistor as thepower device. Use the MCU real-time control,adopt the LED display technology todisplay in real-time,adopt the feedback control principle which implement theaccurate automatic control of timing and the pulse current amplitude,pulse width,pulse rate range can be modulated. The whole power supply is steady and reliable inthe course of real work, and reaches the higher technical targets.
