With the semiconductor laser used widely, the requisition of its power is higher and higher. Instead of Laser Diode Array, we adopted the double connection of lower output semiconductor laser to realize it and this way can be extended to dual-output. This method can replace the expensive laser diode array in some degree. In some field (Laser Medicine) this can be an effective way. So this way has some realistic meaning and research value. To meet the demand of its output power supply, we synthetically used micro-controller technology, LCD technology and constant current source to develop its power supply.We adopted the micro-controller to improve the intelligence and controllability. Under the working way by micro-controller, software substitute for hardware partly. It not only can decrease the spending but also has the advantage that it can be used flexibly and amended easily. In the design, we adopted the top-down method. It can be divided into constant current source, protecting-circuit, anti-surge circuit, analog-digital converter (ADC) and digital-analog converter (DAC), the peripheral power circuit et al. After each circuit can be worked correctly, the whole circuit can be thought over carefully. In the design, the correct circuit under the scheme often doesn't work under the real conditions. Some method should be used, for example, the circuit structure means, power-decouple means, shielding means on hardware. Meanwhile, software often deviates from the correcting way, sometimes it is broken. To prevent the phenomenon, the soft trap and random instructions are used. The power is constituted by a lot of sub-circuit. Each will influence the whole circuit. So each is considered carefully. More important, the whole performance should be the best. The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1) The operation principle of the semiconductor laser is analyzed in details. The equivalent circuit under the constant working way is set up. The mechanism of damage is introduced and some familiar methods that are invalidated.(2) On the basis of the requisition under the correct working way and the need of the semiconductor laser system, the main part is decided firstly, and then the dual-output circuit is offered.(3) In the design, the temperature is controlled by micro-controller, in order to improve the intelligence and automatic. The ADC, DAC and the peripheral power driving circuit are introduced in details. Some anti-interference measure is emphasized in soft procedure.(4) To realize the factual circuit, designing the driving source and different kinds of protecting circuit. To micro-controller, it not only requires correct logic but also needs function circuit and peripheral circuit. The circuit mixed with analog and digital should be emphasized the anti-disturbing measures.(5)Making simulation and the experiment test, debugging and draw the conclusion. Some deficiency is pointed out.
