The Suppy Chain Management System Design And Implementation For Small To Medium Enterprise Based On Flex

At present,many small and medium enterprises actively introduce the supply chain management system to replace the current manual management mode,in order to promote the normal,healthy and sustainable development.In enterprise management,decision makers and managers both play a key role to the enterprise development.However,for a long time people were using manual management mode.However,this mode also has many deficiencies,such as low security level and low efficiency.After a period of time,there will be a large number of documents and data accumulated which brings inconvenience to maintaining and querying.Therefore,a supply chain management system,which makes consistency with the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises,achieve scientific and reasonable in enterprise management,needs to be created.This article firstly conducts a research on the demand analysis.The brief analysis comprises of the non-functional requirements and functional requirements of small and medium-sized enterprise supply chain management system,with emphasis on the overall demand of supply chain management system and a case design,which including eight modules: procurement management,procurement and settlement management,order management,product management,warehouse management,distribution management,customer supply chain management,and sales and settlement management.In addition,the authority requirements are also discussed.Secondly,the design process of the system is explained.The overall structure design,namely the containing eight function modules,and the system database including the main data table structure design and diagram,are explained in detail.Thirdly,Flex and MySQL development tools are briefly introduced,elaborated the implementation process of supply chain management system based on the Flex for small and medium-sized enterprise.Focus is on the eight function modules and user login module of the system interface.Finally a test of the system is given.A brief introduction to the purpose of the test system,and the test environment and test method is explained.The emphasis is on the eight functional modules and user login module,user management module.The test results are analyzed with statistics.Test results show that the supply chain management based on Flex can effectively solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise supply chain management,improve the efficiency and quality of small and medium-sized enterprise supply chain management,and brings great effect on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Through the development of the system,studying on Flex language and the common designing and operation of MySQL,development of the system module is completed.And by performing a test on the system,the defects are optimized,and finally approached the requirements pre-set by the corporate and successfully met the target of ready for use.
