With the rapid development of society, national defense and industry, special power supply is much more demanded in grid unaccess areas. Special power supply owns the features of high reliability, durability and safety in the replacement of grid power supply. In addition, special high-power supply with pulsed power loads has a massive structure, complex control method, so it needs a deepgoing research on special power supply system and power discharge system.Based on the function of special power supply system, this paper finishes the task of research and design on special power supply controller and power discharge circuits. Controller is based on a DSP+FPGA double processor structure, which includes inside chips communications, SCI, I/O, and CAN communications between subsystems, and outside communications like 1553 B and human-machine interface.Besides, based on the hardware design of power controller, this paper also discusses its software implementation method. This includes design of software structure, sub-function in block-based design, and communication protocol. To fulfill the function of special power supply system, this research is based on a time-sharing real-time control method, embedding function blocks into a suitable time sequences.At last, this paper discusses power discharge circuits based on high frequency charge-discharge mode. The system testing results shows that power controller meets the demands of system operation time sequence and power discharge circuits satisfies system's high frequency charge-discharge work status. In summary, this paper tests feasibility of special power supply system with puled power load in theory and experiment way.
