Research And Application Of Training Management System Based On SOA

The development of training management system has significant practical applications in the improvement of enterprise training management efficiency,as well as the realization of training systematization,standardization and automation.However,training management subsystem,such as trainee management subsystem and educational management subsystem,works independently for the lack of effective organization and management.Difficulties exist in intersystem resource sharing,out-sync data updating and data redundancy.Therefore,the original framework can no longer meet the increasing business requirements.By applying SO A in the design and development of enterprise integrated training management system,problems like Information Island and Application Island can be escaped.The more flexible system will be able to meet the ever-changing business requirements,reserve space for future business growth,reduce maintenance costs and workload of technicians.First part of this paper are introductions of research background and significance of this SOA-based integrated training management system,application status of SOA,management information system and training management system.By adopting SOA framework,system reusability can be increased.Second part is research and elaboration on SOA concept,characteristic and SOA model.Analyses are carried out in three parts in SOA model:service supplier,service demander and registration center.It is considered inter-role collaborate operation involves publish,lookup,binding and call.This illustrates the two key points in SOA:service and service description.According to actual project requirements,enterprise training management workflow and system function are analyzed in detail in this paper.System design strategy is presented on this basis,as well as system logic structure design,System development structure design,functional design,service design,interface design and database design.Finally,system development environment has been discussed,as well as the realization of service supplier,service demander and stored procedure.The realizations of 5 functions in system are also explained in this part.Aiming at the distributed problems in training management service,hosting service in IIS management has been adopted to realize service integration and publication.Application of the integrated training management system improved work efficiency of trainees and managers.By using SOA framework,functions like cross-platform,coupling,reusability,expandability can be achieved in this system to meet various business requirements.
