Based on stream media technology, the business model of video hosting is flourishing in China now, and it has gained a lot of success. The most famous web-site among all the video hosting is YY. As we can see in the second quar-ter earnings of YY in 2014, the income from entertainment&music in YY is 516.4 million RMB, which accounts 61.4% of all the income of YY. So we can know this market is superbAt April in 2014, the Baidu international group launched the video hosting project "Clipon Yu" aiming at Indonesian market. The international group found-ed in 2014 which supports Baidu to open up the worldwide market based on the service and technique of Baidu. In China the video hosting marker has already been held tightly by the company like YY, and their years of good business run-ning gained the strongly loyal users. Therefore, Baidu decide to transplant this successful model into the none opened international capital market instead of competing with the domestic company face to face. Indonesia is one of the most important market of southeast Asia for Baidu International Group, and the video hosting is very potential there through the investigation.This paper talks about the project designed during my internship in UED Department of Baidu. As a interaction designer, my duty are as follow:l.Make sure the local people can easily get to know the brand new concept, ensure that they can use it in a familiar way;2.Help the product manager make appropriate decisions of presenting the core idea in the first period;3.Cooperate with GUI de-signer and developers to complete the product before the deadline.The paper is written based on the process of the development. The main content describes about the problems we met and how we solved them. Began with the competitive analysis and the user experience research, the first two chapters tell how we find the product's goal and the needs of users. The after half talks about what we do in designing. In these two chapters, you can see how we make the design strategy according to the problems we found in user's research and how we make it a more appropriate web-site for Indonesian users.
