The batching system is an important part of industrial production, the rational proportion and batching speed can affect the follow-up process directly, determine the quality of products, and have a great effect on the benefit of enterprises ultimately. The research on the batching system optimization control method and the design of reasonable and effective optimization algorithm are of great significance to the enhancement of product quality, manufacture efficiency and profit.In the paper, the research on the optimization model and optimization method of the batching system is done and a blending optimization method based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed. The method is applied to calculate the optimization models of the batching system. After compared with the simple genetic algorithm, the improved algorithm is more effective in solving the optimization problems of batching system. The research on the following aspects is done in the thesis.Firstly, the background and the research status of the batching system optimization are discussed in this thesis. The necessity to study the optimization problems and methods of the batching system based on a detailed analysis of the basic requirements of the batching system is pointed out. Besides, the research steps of the batching system optimization are introduced in the paper.Secondly, the solutions of the optimization problems of the batching system are studied deeply. After comparing the accurate method with the intelligent method, the intelligent method is picked up to solve the optimization problem of batching system as the limitations of the accurate method come out. Moreover the simple genetic algorithm is introduced in detail, which is the foundation for the following application.Finally, the optimization of formula and batching vehicles route optimization of the batching system are researched. In view of the requirements and ingredients for batching process, the mathematical models of the formula optimization and batching vehicles route optimization are established, and then solved by using genetic algorithm. The specific method of genetic algorithm to solve the optimization model of the batching system is presented and applied with matlab program. The optimal formula of meeting ingredients constraint is gained and the optimal route of the two batching vehicles is solved by using the improved algorithm.The product quality is ensured, the production cost is reduced, the production efficiency is enhanced and the profit of enterprises is improved by optimizing the formula and batching vehicles route. In brief, the overall performance of the batching system is improved.
