Automatic batching system,which is integrated with feeding,weighing,transport,mixing,and other functions,is a system that can realize the batching process of dynamic monitoring,management and controlling.Automatic batching system has been an indispensable source of many industry processes,such as the refractory material,metallurgy,food,feed,chemical and so on.And its application scope expands unceasingly.With the continuous expansion of its application range as well as the customer requirements for the process is becoming more and more high,the successful design of a more advanced,stable and safe batching system is imminent.Based on the refractory industry and the problem of low efficiency and low precision of the batching system,the research is carried out from two aspects:the design of the batching system and the optimization of the batching vehicle aiming at.The main contents include:(1)Design of batching control scheme.According to the characteristics of production process and related process requirements,the batching system is set up as a mobile batching structure,and distributed control system is adopted;According to the distance between the vehicle and the target and the change of the load,the speed control scheme is determined;using the combination of the encoder and the proximity switch to improve the positioning accuracy;Adopting the double section speed feed control method to improve the weighing precision.(2)Design of batching system.The hardware design of the system includes the selection of the upper computer,lower computer and communication system,and the structure of the system.The software design of the system,including the realization of the upper computer monitor screen,as well as the main program of lower computer and 4 sub programs such as communication,feeding control,batching car driving control and unloading control,realize real time monitoring to the whole batching system.(3)Optimal Dispatch of batching vehicle is researched.Firstly,the task allocation schemes and avoidance strategies are proposed to solve the problem.combined with the running characteristics of the batching car,mathematical model is established.Then,the improved ant colony algorithm is used to optimize the driving path.Finally,through simulation experiment,the effectiveness of the method is proved and the goal of batching in a short time and ensuring that the two batching vehicles will not crash is achieved.
