In the trend of mass customization production,with the increasingly fierce competition in the market,how to improve the efficiency of production and response speed to customer demand is the key to the long-term development of PCB manufacturing enterprises.It is of great significance to reduce the production cost and refine the production by reasonably planning the cutting plan before putting into operation.The problem of orders batching and layout is to study how to minimize the types of mother board in the decision order allocation and PCB layout process,thus reducing the number of production adjustments.Starting with this problem,this paper not only puts forward the joint optimization method of PCB orders batching and layout problem,but also studies the priority ranking problem of splice derived from this problem,and gives the evaluation method.The concrete research is as follows:To solve the joint optimization problem of PCB orders batching and layout,a mathematical model with the goal of minimizing the types of total panel required to produce all orders is established,and a solution framework based on chemical reaction optimization algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the binary matrix coding method is used to search the optimal allocation scheme of decision-making order through four basic operators of chemical reaction optimization algorithm,namely,single molecule invalid collision,single molecule decomposition,inter-molecule ineffective collision,and intermolecular synthesis.Then,the matching scheme of orders in each batch,the number of typesetting out of each PCB on a panel and the typesetting position of each PCB are determined by an iterative method of “Group-Pack-Group”.In order to improve the convergence accuracy and speed of the algorithm,elite retention strategy and adaptive search strategy are introduced in the framework.Finally,compared with the factory scheme,the results of the proposed algorithm are better than those of the factory scheme,and the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm is verified.To solve the priority ranking problem of panels,the evaluation system consisting of the urgency,customer importance,profit and quality requirements is established according to the principle of priority evaluation metrics.Then,the AHP and TOPSIS evaluation method is used to sort the type priority of the puzzle.Finally,the evaluation method is verified by an example.In view of the problem that most enterprises still adopt manual layout at present,through the planning of system function module and the design of system database and interface,an opening and assembling system of PCB based on Java language is developed.The function of automatic batch and layout of PCB order is realized.
