Since the 1980s,the globalization of goods and trade has emerged a series of industries with economic globalization,including the logistics industry.In the logistics industry,commodities circulation and warehouse management play important roles.In order to ensure the continuity of the production,various industries have to store some supplies in case of shortage.Besides,the cost of order picking has accounted about 60%of the total cost in warehouse.Controlling the picking cost occupies an important role in saving the storage cost.Therefore,this paper studies the optimization of location and picking path in Dual Zone warehouse.Aiming at the problem of lacks of standardization about location management,this thesis uses the improved Apriori algorithm to analyze the relevance of goods in YC company's warehouse,and obtains the cargo grouping with high relevance and places them nearby.Secondly,based on the cargo grouping obtained by the improved Apriori algorithm,the model of the warehouse's efficiency was set,and the IGA based on the strategy of retaining excellent individuals and MATLAB was used to reckon the model,the optimization of the location was compared according to the path distance of different order orders before and after in YC company.The margin of distance verifies that the IGA based on strategy of retaining excellent individuals has excellent results in solving the optimization model of cargo location.Aiming at the problem of low picking efficiency,to minimize the distance of picking,using IGA that holds excellent individuals to reckon the mathematical model of distance in MATLAB.This thesis compares IGA with GA in iterations,optimal value and distance of path.Moreover,the distance generated by the order orders strategy based on the IGA for comparison,the effect of majorization is obvious.
