Analysis And Design Of Hospital Management Information System Based On UML

Owing to the quick development of computer network, many industries have gradually utilized the computer technology to manage the business information. Due to the particular characteristics and advantages of informational management in our country’s medical care industry, it has been the effective way to run the hospital, and become more and more mature.Based on the operation flow of the visitors in a doctor’s office, the essay designed a informational system by using the hospital’s local area network. The system was divided into system dictionary management, outpatient registration, outpatient charge management, outpatient doctor’s office, inpatient management, inpatient expenses, impatient doctor’s office, medical personnel management, drug management, medical record and medical case management, checking statistics management, clinical information and system management, totaling 13 functional modules in order to satisfy the demands of the daily patient visit, inpatient, drug management and other relevant operations.The essay adopted a system developing method of directing objects using C/S mode as the system structure, simulated the steady and dynamic state of the system, and established the use case diagram, class diagram, sequence chart and collaboration diagram. During the stage of designing, the essay completed the concept design, logic design, physical design and relevant system interface design required by the information system. Finally, the essay achieved the encoded and testing work of each module.The essay summarized the problems in the system and forecasted the development and perfection in the system. Currently, the system has already been running in a hospital, and achieved the prospective goal, which satisfied the needs of the hospital in terms of business requirements.
