In order to obtain the reliable results of measurement in the Clinical Laboratory, a comprehensive quality management system needs to be established to guarantee the quality. These are the necessary measures to ensure the quality. All the quantitative measurement of project reported to patients by Clinical Laboratory Division must be carried out under indoor quality management. However, most of the current quality management system is not a independent functional software but combined with the clinic information management system which goes against the development and improvement of the quality management system.In the thesis, the quality management system theory is introduced and the LIS(laboratory information system) quality control system is designed, based on the analysis of Internal Quality Control of Lishui Central Hospital and its current test information system. The 3-layer C/S (Client/Server) mode system structure, the object-oriented UML modeling technology, the workflow conception and the other basic clinic quality control technology are all adopted in the process of the control, record and analysis of Internal Quality Control during the whole working operation.The system database is found on the SQL Sever 2005 platform and the application programme is developed with the POWERBUILDER10. The sample state is monitored in the whole process. Conforming to the criteria of HL7, the instrument data are collected and analysed automatically and the test result report generating are binded with the present quality control procedure.Thus the test report management, the quality control and the process record are closely intergrated.Based on the proposed technology, the LIS quality control system is built up. It is proved that the management of the quality control method can be standardized. It is also of great help to the prevention against clinical mis-haps, decision-making assistant and hospital management and benefit improving.
