Research And Analysis On Hospital Management Information System Of Maternal And Child Health Hospital Of Yunnan Province

With the increase of hospital service and the demand of high quality medical service, the traditional manual management mode, which can not meet the needs of hospital development, with the continuous development of information technology, and the extensive use of hospital information system (HIS), effectively improve the efficiency and quality of medical staff, reduce the intensity of medical staff, and make them more time and energy to provide better service for patients. Can improve management, optimize the process of hospital work, reduce vulnerability, error, to ensure the interests of patients and hospitals, bring more economic benefits.In this paper, the project background and the research and application of the management information system of hospital management information system are introduced in detail. In the process of business analysis, through the analysis of the whole process of hospitalization and the analysis of the structure of the hospital, the business process of optimization is put forward. In the process of functional analysis, the function of the system is described through the analysis of the role of the user and the use case diagram. System covers the patients admitted to the hospital, hospitalization, discharge, involving patients in hospital registration, prepaid payment management, admission of patients receiving, orders management, cost settlement, basic information management, system management, seven function, to use the personnel including toll, doctors, nurses, pharmacy, medical personnel, operation personnel, health care workers and management personnel. In the process of data analysis, the relationship between the control class and the relationship between the functional modules of the system are analyzed, and the basic database tables are created. At the end, the author summarizes the work done by the author and illustrates the direction of the next work.
