Ultimately, realize the overall improvement in medical service and enhance its competitiveness in the market.Paper commences from the background and necessity of the system development, applying object-oriented technology to carry out overall design and implementation for system, using UML and its integrated environment JUDE to carry on the analysis and modeling to the system, adopting Delphie7.0 to complete assembly platform construction, utilizing SQL Sever to complete backstage database construction. We establish the sub-model through the comprehensive investigation and analysis to business requirement of hospital departments. We establish the hospital information system based on this sub-model. The development of the system is carried on completely according to the method of the software engineering. In the chapter the system design and implementation, we extracted some representative functional models to carry out detailed use-case analysis and design. In the testing stage of the system, using Black-Box testing method to test the system function whether can meet user's requirement, we strive to achieve customer satisfaction.Considering the security of the hospital data information, we conducted user permission setting. The user's available data information of different jurisdiction is different. The timely tip will be given when you operate incorrectly. This conduction enhanced system's security and the toughness greatly. In addition, the function mold pieces that the system includes is comprehensive, which can meet the demands of various functional departments of the hospital and realize the informatization'preliminary construction of the hospital information system. This system running in the Second Hospital of DaTong city greatly improves the hospital's management level and service quality, alleviating current difficult condition of patient treatment, reducing the working intensity of the staff, and thus, raising the working efficiency, increasing the income the hospital, setting up the good social image and promoting the informationization construction of local hospital.
