ERP is used for settling out some relative management problems on enterprise financial management, human resources, production management and qualify management. With ERP coming in to the world and with the management level of all the enterprises improved, economic benefit of the enterprises has been improved and the core competitivenesss has been improved a lot. Regarded as a major enterprise, China South Aviation Industry Limited Corporation(SAVIC) has more and more management problems with continual development of SAVIC. It’s necessary for the company to introduce into advanced product management thoughts and methods, to settle out all kinds of management problems and to improve the company integer running efficiency. After deeply investigation and study, SAVIC decided to introduce into ERP system to carry out the manageme nt reformed strategic decision.The article studies on the product management system in ERP and studies around the requirement analysis and function design and its process for product plan and control model(PP), source(equipment and tools) management factory maintenance(PM) model and engine fixture shoot trouble model(CS).(1).Product plan and control(PP) Model carries out the following 12 manufacturing management flow: requirement management, major produce plan, material requirement planning, factory data acquisition plan MRP flow, product process control flow, composes BOM maintenance flow.(2).In source(equipment and tools) management factory maintenance module, some requirement designs about purchasing management, stock management preventive maintenance(PM) management have been carried out, 11 tools management flow have been made completing which are about supp lies main data maintenance flow, tools, measures and special tools perceiving flow, measures and special tool troubles serviced in other authorized factories.In source(equipment and tool) management factory maintenance(PM) Module,19 tools equipment management flows have been carried out which are about equipment account management, equipment life-cycle, preventive predictability maintenance function design, shoot-trouble flow, some requirement function design about equipment management, completing and redesigning equipment major and mid shoot-troubles, equipment life cycle management and equipment serviced in other authorized factories.(3).In Engine shoot-troubles models(CS), some requirement function design about technical objects management, customs communicated center, plan data-base have been carried out, 11 management flows such as engine data maintenance flow, field maintenance disposal flow, returning to factory service disposal flow have been completed and redesigned.With having been carried out ERP manufacture managed system, some management problems during manufacturing process have been settled out, such as support plan delaying, overstocking, equipment and tools serious wasted, high cost and not excellent field service. |
