Research On Project Management Of Training In Colleges Of G City's Cadres

The complicated situation and difficult task,has challenged unprecedentedly our ideological concept,mode of thinking,leadership style and training.They also put forward new requirements for building the training system of leading cadres in china.Innovation to improve and optimize the content of cadre training,as well as the level of training and quality,not only serves as the objective requirements for the central and Party committees at all levels to strengthen the education and training of cadres,but also the subjective need to adapt to training objects' different structural requirements.In October 2015,the cadre education and training regulations promulgated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the management system for leading cadres' education and training project.The application of project management theory and methods to all walks of life in many of China's industries,including education and training practice in developed countries which becomes a common practice,has also achieved good results and the formation of some research results.At present,it has been widely used in the field of education and training of china.Based on the existing research,the implementation of project management,can not only meets the needs of cadre training in the short term,but also serves as a sustainable development strategy of government personnel to study and practice.This paper attempts to understand the project management about personnel training in colleges and universities from the perspective of project management.The study takes the G city outstanding cadres talent training plan in colleges of progressive professional training as objective.According to the situation and characteristics of training of colleges in G City's cadres,this paper first introduces the concept of project management theory and method,expounds the feasibility of project management,then analyzes the current situation and the main problems of personnel training of colleges in project management.Meanwhile,by combing with the theory of project management and training,implementing project management tools,it constructs the model of personnel training of colleges with certain universality and effectiveness,with purpose of playing a good role in enhancing the scientific level of cadre training and the training quality,and providing inspiration and reference for other cadres' training project.
