The Application Research Of The New Professional Development In GK Vocational College Based On Project Management Theory

In the background of the current national development of occupation education,many higher vocational correction to seize opportunities to accelerate development.Due to the overall decline of students,the competition between Higher Vocational colleges.The institutions in order to maintain or expand the size of the school,will continue to develop new professional,but for various reasons,resulting in the current overall level of China's Higher Vocational Colleges in the new professional development is low,the quality of talent training can not meet the needs of the society.In order to change this situation,this paper attempts to introduce project management theory into the professional development of higher vocational education,and build the corresponding new professional development process model.The topic of this article is the project management theory in the application of GK vocational college new professional development research.The research focus is to construct the process model based on project management of the new professional development of higher vocational education.In order to achieve the research purpose,this paper mainly uses the literature research method,the research method and the case study method to carry on the research.This paper around the theme,design framework is as follows:firstly,in the first chapter introduces the origin of the topic and the purpose of the research,and the development of the two major areas of project management,is closely related with the new higher vocational professional literature review;secondly,based on the current situation of higher Vocational Colleges in the new professional development analysis on(the second chapter),try to build a new professional development in Higher Vocational Education Based on the process model of project management(Chapter third),and the degree of the effectiveness of the model is verified by practical cases(Chapter fourth),the second and three or four chapter is the most important part of this paper;finally,the fifth chapter summarizes.And the subsequent research is prospected.Prior to this study,have not yet found someone from the point of view of project management construction management model of professional development in higher vocational education,so I hope this study can for higher vocational colleges to develop new professional work provide a reference to help them improve their professional development level and enhance the professional quality of running a school.In addition,also hope that the relevant research in this field can play a valuable role.
