Practice education for students in higher vocational colleges is an important content of practical teaching,and an important training form for students to apply what they have learned in the classroom to social practice.In 2016,the Ministry of Education officially issued the "Regulations on the management of students’ practice in vocational schools",which comprehensively stipulated the organization,management,assessment and safety responsibilities of students’ internship in Vocational and technical colleges,so as to form a programmatic document for learning and training management in vocational colleges.At present,the practice forms of students in Higher Vocational and technical colleges are divided into cognition practice,follow-up practice and post practice,among which post practice has the largest number,the longest time and the most complex content.At the same time,there are many problems in the management process,management mode and management content of the internship project in Colleges and universities,such as the lack of management system and management personnel at the school level,the lack of enthusiasm and initiative in the management of internship at the enterprise level,and the lack of correct understanding and attitude of internship at the student level.From 2016 to2018,the Vocational Education Department of the Ministry of education stipulated the internship standards for various types of majors in vocational colleges,so that higher vocational colleges have a new grasp in the management of students’ internship,so as to ensure that students can successfully complete the internship coursesBased on this,after combing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the internship project management in Colleges and universities,combined with my social practice,the research object is set as Shandong Jiaotong vocational college.Through the research methods of investigation and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of post practice project management,analyzes the problems and reasons in the implementation process of post practice project,and from the specific case of Shandong Jiaotong vocational college,it constructs organization setting,demand analysis,post docking,plan control,process quality control,risk control,project implementation and result test The scientific system based on the links of collection and effect evaluation ensures that the whole practice process and results benefit schools,enterprises and students.
