A Study On The Current Student Cadres Management And Possible Solutions In Independent Colleges

The contingent of student carders is an important part in independent colleges.They play a powerful role in the reform,development and stability of independent colleges.Recently,the scale of higher education in our country is growing rapidly and education reforms are being put into force.How to train the student cadres and to play the positive role of the student cadres become quite important in the management of college students.Taking CS college as an example,combining theory with practice,this paper starts from the meaning,composition and main features of student cadres in independent colleges,investigates the present situation of the construction of the student cadres,analyzes the existing problems and their causes,and puts forward some corresponding measures.First of all,this paper describes the background of choosing this topic,the current training status of the student cadres,content and methods of the research.Secondly,an overview of the basic situation of student cadres management is shown.It analyses its compositions,puts forward the main characteristics of cadres and then describes the performance of cadres training.It aims to perfect the organization system,establish the management system and educate high quality talents.Thirdly,it investigates into the present student cadres management in CS college,and analyses in the aspects of selection,gradient construction,quality and ability construction,evaluation and supervision,institution,incentive mechanism construction,team constructing innovation,organizational cultural construction,etc,followed by a discussion and summary of the existing student cadres training problems in CS college.Moreover,it puts forward possible solutions in addressing existing problems in student cadres training management in independent colleges.It mainly has the following five aspects:strength the reserve force of student cadres construction,identify the objectives of student cadres construction,perfect the institution of student cadres management,make great effort to educate and train student cadres,establish specific training measures for student cadres in independent colleges,etc.At last,it concluded to strive to develop new thoughts and create new developments.The practice shows that implementing the measures mentioned in this paper about student cadres training and management can effectively improve the student cadres management level and the student cadres construction in CS college.The implementation plan and ideas can also be used by other independent colleges for reference.
