The construction of higher education in China lies in the training of highly qualified faculty members with wide horizons as well as teaching and academic capabilities. Young faculties have become the backbone of Chinese higher education. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of Chinese education cause and young teachers themselves to strengthen the training of young teachers, to help the growth of them. Project management is a systematic process and method. It is significance in the management of young teacher training projects.This thesis analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the using project management in the training of young teachers on the basis of theoretical and practical methods during the training. Furthermore, we construct the process model of young teacher training management by the combination of process theory of project management and the process of young faculty training. The process model on younger teacher training project is composed of five parts in this thesis. It includes starting, planning, implementing, controlling and assessing. Finally the paper analyzes present situation and existing problems of young teacher training project by means of the example of A College. Then the thesis puts forward the application of young teacher training in this college on the basis of project management model.
